A Scheme of Kegel Exercises for Beginners
Workout 1
Exercise 1:
Contract and relax PC muscles repeatedly for 10 sec, then take a 10 sec break and repeat the exercise.
Exercise 2:
Repeat the exercise 1, but make the time of the exercise 2 times shorter – 5 sec., then 5 sec break and one more rep.
Make a 2 min break.
Exercise3:
Clench and release your PC muscles for 30 sec, then make a 30 sec break and repeat the exercise.
Execise4:
Clench your PC muscles for as long as you can, then release them.
